Meet Ryan MacIsaac

Helping people has been the common thread throughout my working career. Before becoming a mortgage broker, I spent 12 years as an Advanced Care Paramedic, followed by four years teaching in the Paramedicine programs at Holland College. Most recently, I worked as a lead installer in the window and door industry, helping homeowners improve one of their biggest investments. Along the way, I've also worked in agricultural research and construction, giving me firsthand experience within the industries that keep Prince Edward Island moving.

I became a mortgage broker because I wanted to continue making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make, and I enjoy helping clients navigate that process with confidence. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, refinancing, investing in real estate, or building their dream home, I want them to feel they have someone in their corner who truly looks out for their best interests.

My background has prepared me well for this role. As a paramedic and educator, I learned how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and guide people through important decisions during stressful situations. Years in construction and home improvement have also given me a practical understanding of the needs and the challenges homeowners face. I'm detail-oriented, approachable, and committed to finding solutions when obstacles arise. My goal is to make the mortgage process as straightforward and stress-free as possible while delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

When I'm not helping clients with their mortgages, you'll usually find me spending time with my wife and two children, at a hockey rink or soccer pitch, or just enjoying everything Prince Edward Island has to offer. I also enjoy golfing, following the real estate market, and coaching youth hockey during the winter. I'm passionate about building strong, meaningful roots in my community and helping Islanders achieve their homeownership and investment goals.
