Meet Justin Hillier

Justin Hillier brings almost two decades of leadership experience in sales and service roles within larger banking and insurance companies. Over the years, with his long-standing background in client-focused sales, he’s built a reputation for being ethical, steady, and genuinely invested in helping people make confident financial decisions.

At the heart of Justin’s work is his family. A husband and father of four, he understands firsthand how important stability, planning, and clear guidance are when it comes to major financial choices. His appreciation for the real-life decisions happening behind the numbers guides his patient and empathetic way of working.

Justin grew up in Lower Sackville, where he still lives today, and he’s proud to serve individuals and families across Nova Scotia. His deep familiarity with Halifax and surrounding communities helps him offer advice that’s financially sound and grounded in local realities.

Outside of work, Justin stays closely connected to his community. He’s been actively coaching his children’s baseball and basketball teams for over a decade, enjoys golfing and fishing, and keeps busy with sports whenever he can. Music is another constant in his life, and he plays in the band at his local church.
