Meet Corey Pinch

Corey Pinch brings a practical, real-world perspective to mortgage brokering, backed by years of firsthand experience in construction, property management, and real estate investing.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Corey worked as a truck driver in the construction sector, seeing how communities are built from the ground up. He later transitioned into property management and began building his own portfolio of rental properties. Today, he still actively owns and manages those rentals. Living in the world of real estate from multiple angles means he doesn't just look at files as numbers on a page — he understands the actual bricks, mortar, and long-term value of a property.

That practical background is exactly what drove him to become a broker. For Corey, the best part of the job is helping people navigate the realities of the market to achieve their goals — whether that's purchasing a first home, accessing equity to improve their financial situation, making a move to a dream community, or even starting their own rental property.

When he's not working, Corey is a proud father to his two children Sophia and Weston, and serves as a volunteer firefighter in his local community. So you know he’s used to keeping things cool under pressure, and he’s happy to report that sorting out mortgage paperwork usually requires a lot less water.
